Department of Nursing

Meet the team and explore nursing education at MBSNM.

About the department

Training nurses for Eastern Uganda and beyond

The Department of Nursing at MBSNM prepares compassionate, competent nurses through rigorous classroom instruction, skills-lab practice, and supervised clinical rotations across Eastern Uganda. Our programmes blend professional nursing science with Christian values of service to the poor, the young, and the elderly.

The department is led by the Head of Department alongside dedicated health tutors and clinical instructors who guide students from foundational skills through advanced ward and community practice.
